- Pay only the amount shown by Qipora unless official support instructs otherwise.
- Do not mark a trade as paid unless payment has actually been sent from an authorised account.
- Do not pressure another user to release crypto before payment is confirmed and reconciled.
- Keep communication, proof, and dispute information inside the Qipora workflow where possible.
